In June 2024, the international journal *Phytomedicine* published a study as a cover article—a randomized, double-blind trial led by a team from the Chinese Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences on "Bazibu Shen Capsule." The study, conducted over three years and involving 530 healthy participants aged 30-78, demonstrated through evidence-based medicine that traditional Chinese medicine can systematically improve human aging indicators. The results showed that the treatment group experienced a 76.7% increase in telomerase activity (p<0.01) and a 15% reduction in chair-stand test time (equivalent to a 5-year physiological age reduction) after three months of medication.
