Product Profiles

Tianshui Maiji Health and Wellness City is a "National Comprehensive Elderly Care Demonstration Base" designated by the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China. The project covers an area of 503 mu and aims to build a health and wellness industry service system with health and elderly care as the core business form and catering, study Tours, and conference services as supplementary business forms. At present, the elderly care center has a total of 100 beds and the total number of rooms in the travel apartment is 158. In 2023, it was rated as a four-star elderly care institution in Tianshui City. Maiji Health and Wellness City, relying on the "Five Elements Health and Wellness" development model of "livable, suitable for health care, suitable for living, suitable for study, and suitable for tourism", has built a cultural and tourism health and wellness complex centered on the concept of big health, integrating core functions such as elderly care and health preservation, medical care and health preservation, nutritious cuisine, homestay and residence, training and study Tours, and sports and fitness. The project is located on the edge of the Xiaolongshan Forest Area, known as the "Lung of Northwest China", and the Maijishan Scenic Area, known as the "Crown of Forests and Springs in Gansu Province", at an altitude of 1,070 meters. It is at the most suitable altitude for human habitation, with an average annual temperature ranging from 7 to 19 degrees Celsius. This place is located at the junction of the northern and southern climates, with distinct four seasons, a mild and humid climate, appropriate air dryness and humidity, high oxygen content, a forest coverage rate of 41.5%, and an average of 345 days of good air quality each year, far exceeding the provincial average air index. It is one of the regions with the best health and wellness conditions in the province.
